Klang Valley property, handled properly.
Hartanah Makmur Realty is a Klang Valley estate agency built around a simple idea: a property transaction is a legal process first and a marketing exercise second. We list residential, commercial, industrial and land assets across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and we take a client through the whole sequence — pricing, viewings, offer, booking fee, Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, Memorandum of Transfer and key handover — with the numbers written down before anyone signs anything. Our negotiators are registered under the firm's estate agency practice, work to the BOVAEP Standards of Practice, and quote the statutory scale fee rather than inventing one. We would rather lose a listing than overprice it.

Luxury landed homes and valuation-led pricing, Kenny Hills to Damansara Heights
Danial founded Hartanah Makmur in 2004 after seven years in valuation practice, and he still prices every trophy listing himself. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Estate Management and is a professional member of RISM. His view of the top end of the Klang Valley market is unsentimental: Kenny Hills and Damansara Heights bungalows are illiquid assets that reward patience and punish a hopeful asking price, and he says so at the first meeting.
Every negotiator listed practises under the firm's estate agency registration and carries an individual REN tag.
Six things we are engaged to do
Every engagement is scoped and priced before work starts. Where a matter falls outside estate agency practice — a formal valuation report, conveyancing, tax advice — we say so and refer it on rather than improvising.
- Buyer Representation
We shortlist against your budget and your loan eligibility, not against whatever happens to be listed this week.
- Selling & Marketing
A defensible asking price, a real marketing plan, and a weekly report you can hold us to.
- Leasing & Tenant Placement
Tenants screened on documented income, a properly stamped tenancy, and a condition report both sides sign.
- Property Management
For landlords who are overseas, busy, or simply done taking calls about a leaking water heater.
- Valuation Guidance & Market Appraisal
An evidence-based market appraisal — and a clear statement of when you need a registered valuer instead.
- Mortgage & Legal Referral
Introductions to panel bankers and conveyancing solicitors, with the total cost of the deal written down first.
