The character of Bukit Tunku (Kenny Hills)
Bukit Tunku, known to almost everyone as Kenny Hills, is a small enclave of large detached houses on winding, heavily wooded roads immediately north of the KL city centre. Lots start around 8,000 sq ft and run well past 30,000, most of the land is freehold with individual title, and a meaningful share of it is held by families or diplomatic missions who have no intention of selling. Transactions are rare enough that a single sale can reset the perceived value of a road. Buyers here are purchasing seclusion and mature canopy four kilometres from the Twin Towers, and they price accordingly.
